2012 - QualySense closes second financing round for CHF 1.2 Million.
21 February 2012 - QualySense, an EMPA-based start-up company focused on innovative grain and seeds sorting technology, announces that it has successfully closed its second financing round and raised CHF 1.2 million of new equity. The funds have been provided by a selected number of Swiss and international business angels and by converting into equity an outstanding convertible loan from the Zürcher Kantonalbank. 2012 - QualySense to launch the QSorter Explorer at the USA Wheat Quality Council in Kansas City.
07 February 2012 - QualySense, an EMPA-based start-up company focused on innovative grain and seeds sorting technology, announces that the QSorter Explorer, a high-speed “one by one” device for analysis and sorting of grains, seeds, and beans, will be presented for the first time ever at the USA Wheat Quality Council (14-16 Feb 2012 in Kansas City).
21 August 2011 - QualySense, an EMPA-based start-up company focused on innovative grain and seeds sorting technology, has been invited by the Swiss Embassy in Tokyo, along with a selected number of Swiss companies, to present its innovative and unique sorting technology at the 8th Innovation Japan 2011, which will take place from the 21st to the 22nd of September 2011 in Tokyo

12 April 2011 - QualySense, an EMPA-based start-up company focused on innovative grain and seeds sorting technology, announces that it has been awarded with the prestigious CTI Start-up Label.
13 October 2010 - QualySense is one of three finalists for the Swiss Technology Award 2010 in the "seed" category. The award ceremony will take place at the Novartis campus in Basel on November 4th, 2010. An article has been published in the HandelsZeitung newspaper.
22 September 2010 - QualySense wins Venture Kick, the Swiss accelerator of innovation, and receives CHF 130,000 of start-up grant to further develop its project.
